Attendance, conduct, and participation are required. Kindly read through our guidelines.

General Policies

• A minimum of 70% attendance is required (i.e., a student can’t miss more than 1 class per module).
• Failure to complete payment during the program will result in the Academy withdrawing your access to Google Drive and the WhatsApp group until the balance is paid.
• Submission of the pre-capstone project (which the Academy assists with) is compulsory.
• Submission of the capstone project is mandatory to receive a certificate or further academic assistance from Scenario Academy.
• Deferral at no extra cost is only allowed under exceptional circumstances.
• Students who wish to defer to a new cohort must be willing to pay for each module they want.

Deferment Policy

A student is allowed to defer to a new cohort after payment without any penalty only if the notification is received by the academy at least 6days before the start of class.

A student may choose to defer to another cohort which must be communicated to the academy. If a student chooses to defer to another cohort after the commencement of the class or 6 days before commencement of the classes, the student should be willing to do the following.

• The student will pay deferment fee of additional 15% of original tuition along with any outstanding amount left on their original tuition.

Cancellation Policy

• There shall be no refund after the first class except you defer to another cohort which comes with the terms in our deferment policy.
